The company was founded in 2008 by Philip D. Sullivan, a 30 year veteran in the industry. Today, the Company offers a comprehensive suite of investment management services to real estate stakeholders who recognize the value of an experienced project team and a solid operating platform.

Depending on the opportunity and its unique requirements, Setanta can serve as co-investor, owner’s representative, third-party asset manager, or leasing manager.

Setanta provides 360-degree project support to its clients and investors, with competencies across multiple disciplines, including investment sourcing, project leasing, and asset management. This approach leads to a distinctive service model that achieves successful results for clients and investors.

MANAGEMENT

Mr. Philip D. Sullivan is the Principal of Setanta Realty Advisors. Throughout his tenure in the real estate world, Mr. Sullivan has built his success upon repositioning older multi-tenant buildings, capital enhancement, and tenant relations.

In his 30 years as a real estate professional, Mr. Sullivan has served in a variety of different roles, including as a Vice President at both JLL and Lincoln Property Company.

Philip graduated from Boston College in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Theology with a minor in Irish Studies. He resides in Hingham with his wife, Charlene, and their two children.
